Overview

As a Supervisor - Real Property Portfolio, you will lead and manage a team responsible for overseeing Defence and Climate Change Canada's real property assets. This role involves directing the strategic planning, acquisition, maintenance, and disposition of buildings, land, and facilities across multiple locations. You will ensure that real property decisions align with organizational priorities while maintaining compliance with federal real property management standards and Treasury Board policies. Your day-to-day responsibilities include supervising staff who handle property assessments, lease negotiations, capital planning, and facility operations.
