Overview

As a Supervisor in Property Management, you will lead a team responsible for the management and oversight of real property assets for the Department of National Defence. In this supervisory role, you will direct daily operations related to property administration, including maintenance coordination, lease management, facility inspections, and compliance with federal real property policies. You will be accountable for ensuring that DND properties are maintained to required standards while optimizing operational efficiency and managing budgets effectively. Your responsibilities will include supervising and evaluating staff performance, planning and organizing property management activities, and serving as a liaison between property management teams and senior management.
