Part-Time Options

Supervisor positions in Asset Management are typically full-time roles due to the supervisory and operational responsibilities involved. However, the Public Service does offer flexible work arrangements on a case-by-case basis, subject to operational requirements and manager approval. Remote work options may be available for administrative and planning tasks, though the supervisory nature of the role and the need to manage physical assets and personnel may require regular on-site presence. Part-time or job-sharing arrangements are rarely available at the supervisory level but may be negotiated in specific circumstances.
