As a Stakeholder Engagement Advisor in the Artificial Intelligence (AI) Adoption & Change Enablement team, you will play a crucial role in building support and understanding for AI initiatives across the Department of National Defence. You will work with diverse groups of employees, leaders, and external partners to communicate the benefits of AI technologies, address concerns, and ensure successful adoption of new AI-enabled systems and processes.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing and delivering engagement strategies, conducting consultations with stakeholders at all levels, creating clear communication materials about AI initiatives, and gathering feedback to improve implementation approaches. You will serve as a bridge between the AI development teams and the people who use these systems, ensuring their voices are heard and their needs are understood.
