Entry Plans
You can enter this career through several pathways within the federal Public Service. Most positions are filled through open competitions advertised on the Government of Canada's Job Bank and the Treasury Board Secretariat's careers portal. DND also participates in the Federal Student Work Experience Program (FSWEP) and the Post-Secondary Recruitment Program (PSRP), which can lead to permanent positions.

Part-Time Options
Relationship Management Analyst positions are typically full-time roles; however, DND does offer flexible work arrangements for employees. Depending on operational requirements and manager approval, part-time work may be available.
