Overview

As a Performance and Talent Management Advisor in the Department of National Defence, you will play a key role in developing and implementing human resources strategies that support organizational excellence and employee growth. You will provide expert advice on performance management systems, talent development programs, and succession planning initiatives across the department. Working within the HR management function, you will help leaders and managers optimize their workforce by identifying talent, fostering professional development, and ensuring performance accountability at all levels.
