Many paralegal roles in legal advisory services can accommodate flexible schedules, compressed work weeks, or job-sharing arrangements when approved by management. Remote work opportunities have expanded across the federal government. Depending on your location and the nature of your duties, you may be eligible to work from home for part or all of your week, provided you maintain regular communication with your legal team and can securely handle classified or sensitive legal documents.
