Part-Time Options

Mail Services Manager positions in DND are typically full-time roles due to the operational nature of mail distribution services. However, flexible work arrangements may be available depending on the specific location and operational requirements. Some facilities may offer compressed work weeks or flexible scheduling to accommodate operational needs while supporting work-life balance. Remote work options are generally limited for this role, as it requires on-site presence to oversee mail facility operations and supervise staff. Specific part-time or flexible arrangements should be discussed directly with the hiring manager during the recruitment process, as availability depends on the particular position and DND's operational priorities at that location.
