As a Manager - IM Business Interface, you will lead and coordinate information management (IM) services that connect business needs with IM solutions across the Department of National Defence. You will manage a team of IM professionals, oversee IM projects and initiatives, and ensure that information systems align with organizational objectives. Your role bridges the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex requirements into actionable IM strategies.
Your responsibilities include planning and directing IM activities, managing budgets and resources, supervising staff performance and development, and ensuring compliance with Treasury Board IM policies and DND standards. You will work with senior leadership, business units, and technology partners to identify IM challenges and implement effective solutions. You will also be responsible for maintaining data security, privacy compliance, and information governance standards across your area of responsibility.
