Training
You should have a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in fields such as instructional design, education, communications, software development, or a related discipline. Strong writing and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
While not always required at entry, certifications in instructional design (such as IDOL or ATD certifications), learning management systems, multimedia design, or introductory AI concepts can strengthen your candidacy. Experience with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate Storyline, or similar authoring platforms is advantageous.
