As an Information Technology (IT) Planning and Reporting Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the strategic direction of Department of National Defence (DND) technology initiatives. You will analyze IT operations, develop planning documentation, and produce reports that inform decision-making at all organizational levels. Your work will ensure that DND's technology investments align with operational requirements and government priorities.
Your daily responsibilities will include collecting and analyzing IT performance data, preparing reports on system performance and project status, supporting capacity planning efforts, and documenting IT processes and procedures. You will work with various IT teams, project managers, and senior leadership to gather requirements and translate technical information into clear, actionable insights. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will be essential as you help track the health and effectiveness of DND's IT infrastructure.

Training
