Many DND offices support flexible hours and compressed work weeks to accommodate work-life balance. Remote or hybrid work options have become increasingly common in information management roles, as much of the work involves database access, systems analysis, and document review that can be performed from various locations. However, some aspects of the role, such as initial training, team meetings, and audits of physical information holdings, may require on-site presence.
