Telework and hybrid work models have become more common since 2020, and many finance teams now operate with flexible remote and in-office arrangements. However, accounting operations roles may require regular in-office presence for certain tasks such as physical document verification, system access security protocols, or collaborative meetings. Specific flexibility options should be discussed during the recruitment process and confirmed with your hiring manager, as they vary by location, team needs, and the nature of your assigned responsibilities.
