As a Director - Inspection, you lead inspection and quality assurance operations for Department of National Defence construction, maintenance, and infrastructure projects. You oversee teams of inspectors and technicians, set inspection standards and procedures, and ensure compliance with federal regulations, building codes, and contract specifications. This is a senior leadership role where you manage budgets, personnel, and strategic planning for inspection services across multiple sites or regions.
Your daily responsibilities include reviewing inspection reports, conducting audits of inspection practices, managing inspector certifications and training, and liaising with project managers, contractors, and government stakeholders.
