Correctional Program Officers develop, deliver, and evaluate rehabilitation and reintegration programs within federal correctional institutions. You will work directly with incarcerated individuals to support their behaviour change, education, skill development, and successful community reintegration. Your daily responsibilities include facilitating counselling and educational programs, assessing offender needs and progress, maintaining detailed records, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including security staff, psychologists, and social workers. Training
