As an AI Awareness Campaign Coordinator, you will play a key role in advancing artificial intelligence adoption across the Department of National Defence. You will develop, plan, and execute communication strategies that help civilian and military personnel understand AI technologies, their applications, and their impact on Defence operations. This role bridges the gap between technical AI initiatives and organizational change management, ensuring that all employees have access to clear, relevant information about AI integration in their work environments. Your responsibilities will include creating campaign materials, coordinating messaging across multiple channels, organizing awareness events and training sessions, and gathering feedback to measure campaign effectiveness. You will work closely with AI implementation teams, communications specialists, and senior leadership to ensure consistent and compelling messaging. Your work will help build organizational buy-in for AI initiatives and support successful change management across Defence.
